Beginning as a small, family run operation, we have since expanded to now offer a full CAD design and consultancy service for commercial kitchens to clients based nationwide.
When designing a kitchen, we always take the following criteria into consideration:
Storage : we fully understand the importance of keeping ingredients fresh and contaminant free, which is why we will always consult with our clients to understand their storage needs before selecting a suitable solution.
Meal Cooking: the cooking area is the heart of the kitchen and generally the area with the most activity. We make sure cooking equipment is conveniently located for smooth operation.
Food Preparation: we ensure designated food preparation zones are clearly marked to maintain segregation.
Service: Our efficient kitchen designs ensure front-of-house staff have safe and quick access to the service area without disrupting the kitchen flow.
Cleaning and Washing: Plates, glasses, cutlery etc. need to be properly sanitised before re-use. Our carefully designed wash spaces allow for simple sorting and handling.
