Notable Work:
 

•  The Rotel oven has been installed into bakeries for over two decades. Moffat was the first company within the Australasian region to produce a large scale rotating oven for it's local market and has revolutionised bread which was traditionally produced from tin containers and provided opportunity for mass production and introduction of retail bakery, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and government departments.
   

• Genesis automated baking system - Invented in 1998, this system upped productivity in kitchens across the world by compacting a labourious multi-step process into a simple one, putting the ingredients into the machine and letting the system work its magic. The Genesis automated baking system was a massive space and time saver.
   

• Convection oven platforms. These have been used in the kitchens of catering giants such as McDonalds and Subway.
